Review – PizzaVito, Sector 18, Noida

PizzaVito was on my To-do list for quite some time. This Sunday I finally got to visit it, and it turned out to be an extremely pleasant experience.

PizzaVito is located in Noida Sector 18, near Centrestage mall. The seating is spread over two floors. We sat on the first floor window seating which gave us a good view of the outside. Each of the tables are provided with Chilli flakes, oregano, mustard and tomato sauce, & red and green tabascos. The décor is warm and cosy and gives u a feel that u r gonna hav a good time.

The service is a bit slow though very courteous. At one point there was a delay in serving our Iced Teas for which the manager came and duly apologized. The menu had lots and lots to choose from ranging from pastas to pizzas to side orders and more. However, the waiters had an ok-ok knowledge of the items on the menu. I would recommend that PizzaVito should further polish their knowledge.

Now coming to the most important part – food.
We ordered Vegetable Lasagne , Pasta Aglio E Olio, Vito’s Cheesy Sticks (a side order), and Iced Teas.

Vito’s Cheesy Sticks

Pasta Aglio E Olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish made out of spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chili peppers, and was delicious. As I found out after some googling, its relatively easy to make at home too. The cheesy sticks were extremely yummy and had us craving for more. The lasagne was pretty different from what I have had earlier. While the ones I have had are normally very cheesy this one was high on palak. I liked it but wifey gave it a thumbs down.

The meal for two costed us Rs 1500 but it was totally worth it. M sure to visit this place again to try out other options in the menu.
